Well, I tried it, disconnected the old speed signal wire, run one from pin 11 still through the filter to the tacho and I had nothing at all, dead rev counter!
You sure your rev counter isnt faulty, mine works just at half of what rpm it should be so almost like not a strong enough signal. Im going to try mine tonight or tomorrow. Will let you know when ive done it
