hello just after some info really was done for speedin yesterday by copper in on his own in a normal focus police car. he got no proof of me sppedin as had no cameras and on his own? and i had a passenger. says he sendin me court for it, can he do that with no evidance as i believe to convict you they need 2 different sources of proof 1 needs be video or radar, thanks
