No its not a blue screen but is classed as similar, the pc just simply turns off and reboots, or used to,i may have sorted it now im just in the process of giving it a work out
It's not a build issue!

In that error it clearly states "Service Control Manager" as the "Event Source", therefore I suspect there is a service that can not start etc.

Restart the PC and see if an occurance of this is logged at the time of the boot up, if so then that confirms this, you just have to find which service it is.
