If I were you, id get in touch with the previous owner if possible and try and get some more background on the damage it sustained. They may have photos. CAT C doesnt mean that it has sustained structural damage, it might have been stripped and recovered without damage. You will be in a much better position if you can show/prove/describe to possible buyers the reason behind the car being on the register. Just my opinion though.
