Pretty fucked up to be honest. (eating disorder for the last 6years)
Between march and October I gained 2stone and lost 2 1/2 stone.
And I don't exercise either.
I don't eat anything for its nutritional content, it's purely about the calories.
Currently maintaining a 'normal' weight on 800calories a day. Need to drop below 500 ideally to lose weight which is fucking annoying me to death right now as I still have 1 1/2stone to go.
I also have episodes of bulimia though so, yeah.
Not recommended.
