Mines good; rice, fish, veg, eggs, chicken, grill what you can fry in nut oil ,drink decent coffee after meals to speed up you met rate dont go heavy on the bread work out 1-2 times a week walk lots , 32 roung the mid 42 on the chest not bad on arms an legs ,and to me its a mind thing the body will do what you want its the mind that is in my view the weak part ,change your thinking an the body will follow.
