I'd say either, virtually no difference.
I did have Osram's in my Focus until one failed, I now have Ring Xenon Ultima 120% which are equally good.
So 3 good choices there.

The most important thing is to make sure the front of the headlight unit is really clean smooth and transparent; they do discolour and get scratched over time.
