changing gearing throws speedo way out tho
whats yours like for transmision noise on down change in first gear? mines quiet down every gear till first then sounds like its strait cut. dont want to pull it down till ive had abit of feedback from other k5 owners. cheers
Carbon was on the bike when i bought it all i have fitted extra is the Power Commander 5 and a custom map
not a pro at gearbox's but sounds like you have some sort of wear on first gear , mine are silky smooth
a mate of mine has just had his 04 fireblade rebuilt due to slipping into 2nd from 3rd and cost him £1000
worth getting the k5 done tho best machine out there for the dollar
