im about to start my project but i just need a bit of advice.
My car is a 2.0 capri.
i already have a complete boa engine and loom, 2.8 xmember and mounts, flywheel, standard 2.8 clutch, i also have 1 mt75 4x4 box and one mt75 2wd which im going to get converted.
find a 2.9 flywheel and clutch, much more straight forward than trying to hit and miss with fitting the 2.8 stuff
don't forget that you will need a new set of flywheel bolts as they are a different size and length even though they are the same pitch

get one for an xr4x4 2.9, much easier to get the right part ratehr than confuse the parts man with confusing questions about converting the car, they probably won't even believe that cosworth made a v6 engine from my experience

you will be using the speedo from the mt75, you don't need to worry about that question

you may find that a different gearbox mount will line up and solve your problems for you
