They're probably too stupid as well to realise they will have to pay the sold fees each time as well!!
If they have got a friend or relative to bid and win.. then all they have to do is cancel the transaction, the seller cancels it the high bidder accepts the cancellation and the seller gets his final fees refunded minus the listing price.
