I've had these problems too but done the above and it's all good now. I'm still trying to find a blanking plate for the egr valve on mine.

Bit of advice be careful of the vac lines near the coil pack there green cream and red the plastic and brittle as fuck I broke mine lol

Mines an st24 with 200 manifolds injectors etc there's a thread in resto section somewhere infact I really need to update it lol
