I have a y reg 1.6 auto focus and am experiencing loss of power, high revs as car changes gear and engine management light which goes off when I restart the car. I have had pipes into the engine changed as we thought this was the problem but after driving for a few minutes the same problem happens. Took the car to the garage and they said the seals in the driveshaft are leaking but if we keep the gear box oil topped up it will be ok until it is fixed, but they gave us no reason to our problem. Any help would be really grateful
