You are singling out a section of the community because of age. Not ability. That will do nothing for road safety. It's almost as daft as speed cameras.

Ability to drive is partly physical, but mostly mental. And there are lots of bloody mental people out there of all ages.

As a few examples. NONE of these people should ever be allowed to hold a license, regardless of how physically able they are.
