Default Flat spots

Had the same problem when running twin choke weber carb, usually if it bogs down when you hit the accelerator the accelerator pump diaphragm has a hole in it or is split. not sure what carb yours is running but on the old weber the diaphragm was on the side of the carb behind 4 small screws (looks square from the outside.)
