Good and bad in all companys, paul is honest and helpful and I have never had a problem getting hold of him but he is even allowed the odd day off Im sure
totally agree, i will try and speak to Paul again, but the problem is the other office staff, i don't think they give a monkeys to be honest, especially if they are not into cars, don't forget it's an insurance broker/company and they soon take your money, and you know what it's like to get money off them, legal theft i reckon
