hi im restoring my sierra and have started on the bottom rear, wire brushing, sanding and wire wheeling it. i have removed most surface rust but where to go now. was gonna waxoyl it, but the more I keep going the more i find.

Would it be best to gut the whole car and send it some where or can i do anything, i know there are a couple of bad areas that need welding.
