I bought my alarm from toad directly as far as I could tell, and they sent round someone from GAP to fit it.
He cracked my dashboard, only put half the screws back in!

A few months after fitting I dropped a friend back home went to start the car and had nothing. Turns out it was the immobiliser to the fuel relay. He had used incorrect wiring that had melted and looking at the surrounding area at one point I had a small fire under the dash! Absolutely shocking! Had to get someone to look over the whole alarm and they needed to replace several wires that were just taped together.
