They may not have cleaned the starter out. I'd do that and see if it makes a difference. I'd also document EVERYTHING you do with the garage and be prepared to take it legal. If their repair has failed then THEY'RE liable for the repair, nothing to do with the warranty - as long as they supplied and fitted the parts.
