All the 2.0 TDCIs have exactly the same engines, so it doesn't matter whether it's a Zetec, LX, or Ghia it's the same engine. All STs are 2.2s, and there are some late non ST Mk3s (usually Titaniums, but not always) with the same 2.2 155 engine.

TDDis don't have the same issues, and later TDCis had revised injectors so are less prone to problems than earlier TDCis (which I think is what he means)
