Cosnada failed its MOT one of the reasons was that the exhaust was too loud. It is an open 3" stainless system.

Without cutting it up or major work I thought I'd try a DB killer. I got a cheap one of ebay and fitted it this morning........



It quietens it down a treat. Amazed at the difference tbh. If you have a track toy and are unsure of the noise level then I would recommend you try one of these.

Not sure what it does for the performance but it can be removed easily though for tuning / setting up.
