Thats in europe and yes inknow we are part of europe but we dnt follow all there laws and legislation just like we kept the £! Take germany sweden they are already very strict on modifying! This is all bollox and what if. This would cause a loss of millions, be a huge revolt and some may not agree with this but if we cant have a hobbie we love then what might it cause people to do eg kids with no social clubs etc go out cause trouble its same in respect all be it most of us are mature adults!
