Its very hard to prove but someone independent like stu would be able to look at the chip and work out all the numbers with the said engine spec and know if its close or not..
Stu builds chips over the phone if you can give him an accurate spec..

i've had 2 over the phone off stu and they are both very good so yes i trust his skills
but i think you may be fighting a loosing battle with that,
as getting all the accurate info and an impartial judge may prove impossible
i dont know anybody involved in this thread so hope it just gets sorted out
