The one person in the same room as him and the girl workin for me was brand new in to cover maternity leave and is suddenly deaf an cant hear properly

It's a situation of he said she said but the stuff the girl put on her statement is so descriptive with specific info she couldn't have made it up or be telling porkies

I sent him an email asking was it true adding the HR person and the director

If he was innocent surely like u or I would have been on the phone going " Jesus what the fuck is going on, I've just seen your email and I swear to go I never said anything like that "

Instead what he did was ring the girl he said it to and that had resigned and threatened her down the phone and said " we never had that conversation and lose my number"

I gave him until the following Friday at 5pm to come clean and apologise and put everyone right and I gave my word that that would have been the end of it, instead he ignored my emails and replied to the HR person and director denying it and didn't copy me on the email reply

Sounds like an innocent man eh??????

Hence trying to sort it "legally" is not going to work and the need for a "baldrick cunning type plan"
