Just out of curiosity.. What would happen if you went to the pump on empty, put like £15 in, paid then went back to your car.. Go back into the shop and say "I had that much fuel in when i came in here, i just wanted to top it up a little, no fuel must have came out the nozzle"

Is there any way they can check or what?
