I suspect Stephen is referring to Prochem Tri Test. 400 is the mg per ml.

Enanthate 120mg
Cypionate 120mg
Decanoate 160mg

3 blends of test in one jab.

If not the above then it will be another ug of test @ 400mg strength per ml.
