i think i need a set of these...

anybody have these fitted with only a small reduction in ride height ie; 25 - 30 mm? are they still effective?

do they mainly reduce tyre wear or does the car handle noticably better after fitting?

i know they cost next to nothing - its just if i can can be bothered to fit them
