ive done them in the past but only tabs and to be honest you do make good gains but lose it after a while! I do train with a mate who uses jabs he is very into it he dose a pre course and an after course and has a very good diet.he is ripped and very strong hes about 16 stone but he works very hard to look how he dose its no easy route to take like peole think!. Also i see no side affects at all with stuff ive done in the past but my experience is limited lol ive done oxys twice and dianabol twice and rate the dianabol as the better but the thi pinks as the best ive done
