I posted earlier about a locking problem. Its a 5 door fiesta and when I try to lock the drivers door (with key, it has central locking) it makes noises and wont lock any doors.

If i unplug the central locking unit from inside the passenger door then re-try to lock the drivers door it happily locks all doors, except the passenger one.

STRANGELY though if I leave the passenger door central locking connected but instead disconnect the drivers side... I can lock the passenger door (using its central locking motor) no problem, i find this whole combination very strange!!

Any idea????

**P.S I have taken both door latches out of the car today and cleaned/oiled them, one had the spring snapped off but ive fixed that, which didnt solve the above problem**
