hi mate there is a difference in a 2wd shell and 4x4 ,2wd has a different shaped tunnel ,witch would need modding to take the transferre box of the 4x4 gear box not a hard job really and probly need to mod the gear box cradle if you went down the 2wd tunnel route hope that helps

Thanks for that, confirms what I thought in that I'd be best off starting with a 4x4 chassis. The question now is which one will be best given I intend on building it up to WRC spec, if all mountings etc are the same on all cars then I guess I can pick any.
