seems like a good idea to know what values air temp etc the ecu is using
they stem from the 80's and 90's and there were a few models including a real time mapping unit and went on to be used throughout the ford rally sierra and escort cosworth rally period
They have not been made for years they display and log rpm.boost, ACT, ect, injector duty cycle, ignition timing ,co pot position and errors and have a 20 minute datalog
updated versions could also display fuel pressure and egt and air injector duty cycle and boost pot position
the mapper box unit also displayed real time modifiers for ignition and fuel and map address points and you had the ability to alter globally these parameters
They also have a 20 minute datalog and software to analyse the data on pc
collins made copy which may still be available
They were discontinued when pectel designed the t2 t6 and t10 engine management ecu's
you can buy a pc version from rp labs that uses the pectel data stream available from MSD this will enable you display the real time data on your lap top
