morning all. Im going for 5mm as i can get it on the cheap. The very front ones and middle ones do i weld the plate under the floor of the car?

The rear plate that sits on the suspension turrets is it easy to get access underneath to weld a plate or do u weld it on the side u can visibly see from the car?
