The standard speedo is miles out any way so can't be any worse really lol
speedy cables can calibrate your std speedo any way
and it's hardly a big worry fitting a 3.7 diff as most people have messed the speedo up any way with 17's 18's and 19 inch wheels
The cosworth is still running a 1950's cable speedo ffs
