incorrect i had my old boss write me a letter explaining i would now longer be employed at the company if i was banned. i did 24hr emergency call out in my case the law stated the minimum endorsement was 6 points which would have put me on a provisional instead they banned me for 7 days and gave me £170fine £170 cost iirc
