on a ford forum people will usualy say the ford.
the peuget will no doubt fall apart but it will start and run
Thats where I've got with my current 406. Lots of rattles and knocks, the bodyworks a state but it keeps on chugging, going to Blackpool a week Friday and I don't think twice about weather or not the car will make it. Unlike my Focus which never made it anywhere
The Pug remaps to 185bhp and very rarley do you hear about a DMF failure.
Engines also well proven too. It derives from the HDi in my 10 year old 406 but has a 16v head. And my HDi derives from an indirect diesel engine designed by Peugeot in the 70's!
But a part of me really fancies an ST even though I know I'd prefer a coupe.
Arghhhh
