What a wimp...
It annoys me that people have to damage possesions, esp our cars. They know we are passionate about them and it is a "weak point" as such and they don't have the balls to say anything to anyones face!
Gather as much info as you can to prove its him and tell the boys in blue, then leave it for a few years for the dust to settle then get him back in your own way.
