I am re building my bottom end and have used a 205 block which i have had re bored to 93mm.
Has all been going well up untill now.I picked my crankshaft up today after a re-grind from scholar engines. They also supplied new main bearings to go with the crank.
The problem is when i install the crank with new bearings ,on tightening main caps the crank becomes very tight and will not turn.

any ideas would be appreciated.
