anyway i suggest you re read the OP first post again,hes wants to put weight on,the only way to do this is "eat" and eat right and eat at regular intervals around 6 meals per day as all the experts tell you to.
breakfast
snack
lunch
snack
dinner
snack

a snack can be a shake or a handfull if nuts,little an often is key and not craming al you can eat in one sitting,the body wont absorb it
