FYI I have only been doing the 6 meals a day thing THIS YEAR. My previous years of training and 18 stone frame were built on 3 meals! My goals have changed but the OP is 11 stone!!!!

Do you not read the important facts or just assume everyone is the same as you? Let me repeat for your short memory... 11 stone! There was also no mention of goals so who knows what the OP wants. No point in eating like Mr Florida if he just wants a little fat to his frame and trains twice a week now is there?

Get the info and get your facts right before you dish out digshit help.
