Your so missing the point. I weigh 50% more than the op, should he really follow a meal plan like mine??? Its a very big thing eating/training/sleeping like a bodybuilder and takes lots of planning and dedication. You shouldn't be recommending someone reasonably fresh to the world of bodybuilding to have to follow such a strict regime when it is not necessary.
