Really can't be fucked getting into an argument with you. He weighs 11st ffs!!! He does not need 6 meals a day. To grow he needs to clearly eat more than he is now. He DOESN'T need to go down your broscience root of "Mr Florida eats 6 so you should be"!!! Drag cars run on ethanol, I bet you don't put that in your daily runner to get to work quicker??! He does not need at this stage to be falling down the stupid track of eating and training like a pro, so many people look in the magazines and start copying what pros are doing and expect it to suit them, its just not the case.
