A diet!
I'm struggling to get any struture to my diet, it's all very well people saying "eat plenty of protein" etc etc, but nawing on a chicken breast isn't very appealing.
I'm 19, weighing in at around 11st 3, and my first goal is to hit 12, but eventually would like to hit 12 1/2 - 13 stone.
What's your diet? How much do you eat? And any recommendations would be appreciated!
