I have changed the cluth and had a reconditioned gear bok firted to my RS turbo but still cannot get it into reverse when the car is hot.

When the clutch pedal is fully down it doesnt take much movement before the clutch bites and the car begins to move.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem would be appreciated.
