I still disagree there old cars now and even a cracking example used everyday will have issues im sorry, i love mine and think there not bad at all but id hate to run one as a daily as parts are harder to find nowadays and such. Great cars but for everyday use id stick with the mondy as it will be far better IMO. I still think there will be required regaular maintenance and if its not something he wants to do the advice of keeping the other car surely makes more sense ? Just my 2p's worth
i have to disagree with this lol
theres afew guys on rsoc who use theres daily and love them,
your going to have problems with any car you buy at the end of the day imo key is to buy a standard one that has been well looked after and you should be ok. mine has done 115k and i have receipts for everything that has ever been done to it the biggest thing was 5th gear everything else is silly little wear and tear bits really.
thats my car phill posted a link to and yes its not really a car to use daily well i wouldnt just because of how clean it is.
