Dvla wouldn't remove the reg if it was the origional plate however if it was a private plate they could take the plate off you as you are not displaying it properly but wouldnt do that after 24 hours anyway.
As for the plate on the sierra the lettering isn't plain black as it should be, there looks like there's enough of a space between the Rs decal and the lettering so shouldn't be an issue on that part
