The heater system runs through the sandwich plate as standard on Cosworths. One port of the sandwich plate connects to the head, the other to the heater matrix if i remember correctly. The turbo water feed is separate, the feed comes from the thermostat housing and the return goes to your header tank.
The T35 Escort Cosworths had a charge cooler system standard so i'd say the easiest way to feed water to yours is copy their system?
