Just fitted a 228 degree c microtemp thermal fuse into the resistor pack ,i used the clamps to fix it instead of soldering it,plugged it in and works a treat ,not bad for £0.82p from maplins instead of £16 from fords thx all for the info
What do you mean by you used the clamps to fix it?, I couldnt soilder it because it was to fiddly and the heat of the gun probably blew the fuse anyhow, cant see any clamps to use though.
