Bit of an update...
I had originally intended to fit all the new steering and suspension components this weekend but once the car was up on stands I started to poke around and found all sorts of things....
Not much thought later and the new plan is to rebuild the whole car, I'll never be happy with it how it is and if you're gonna do a job you may as well do it properly! The big strip commenced....
and revealed another nasty to add to the list, didn't take much poking to reveal...
End of a days work...
New agenda in no particular order;
Restore underside
Complete weld repairs
Full repaint including engine bay, door shuts, underside, inside, bootspace etc etc
Fit all new suspension bushes etc
Restore/rework complete wiring loom
Various powder coating
Restore headlining
Restore door cards
Fit new drivers door
Plate nuts/bolts etc
Various bead blasting
Freshen up engine
Might as well get a refund on the tax I put on it this week too!
