Depending on exactly how far back the engine is mounted the exhaust manifold and inlet manifold won't fit. And they will look ugly that way round too IMO!
The Zetec engine itself will need a new sump, a water rail kit and an alternator kit as well more than likely.
Also a custom flywheel will be needed ideally to match to a T5 gearbox and Cossie clutch.

ive seen flywheels available of the shelf for the t5 so that shouldnt be a problem.
i mean im happy to sell the zetec stuff i have and buy a cossie engine but i doubt ill find a yb engine for around 800-1k..
what do you think a focus rs inlet manifold, exhaust manifold, turbo, wiring loom, ecu, charge cooler stystem and a cat convertor is worth? plus a few hoses
