I'm aiming for 250-300 bhp as said before so I'd like to build the engine to take more but have it turned down to maintain reliability.

So far I have bought..

Spare engine
Rover turbo upper and lower inlet manifold
Rover 440cc Injectors with the rail
Paddle clutch.
Arp bottom end bolts

Was looking at just forged pistons to save some cash?
hi mate, iv got a 290 bhp zetec turbo build, forged pistons, standard rods, 8:0 comp ratio, ported head and manifolds, standard cams. stage 3 t3 turbo 25 psi boost peak holds about 22. mega squirt ecu. and its done 22k miles with a hard life, (turbos smoking now though) but i think the rods a near there limmet here
