You will need the gearbox from the Mondeo or a st150 box as they don't fit the old style bolt patterns
Also mounts, shafts, exhaust, hoses, ect ect

just to clarify its an 01 mondeo and i have the full car everything except the key (due to a lovely ex gf
chucking it down a drain one night) its just a scrappy shell and ive been stealing suspension bits etc for my newer mondeos since
so if im reading your reply right i can use most of the standard stuff ie mainly shafts as i had an old 2.0 nova
years ago and had unreal issues with the drive shafts but may have been my ignorance lol
